Open the capsule (or just take yogurt) and blend it with your saliva.  Hold it with your mouth for a couple of minutes and then swallow. Set Bravo where by and when you want it with Bravo Concentrate. Bravo probiotics have also been demonstrated to provide GCMAF (Macrophage Activation Issue)
